Lore: (You can only have one Miracle Card in your deck)
During your normal draw in your Draw Phase while you have less than 1000 Life Points or your opponent has 3000 or more Life Points than you when you draw this card: activate it Return all cards you control back to your deck; Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck or Extra Deck (ignore the summoning conditions). When that monster is Summoned; other card effects cannot be activated. Cards cannot be activated in response to this card.

I really wish that Soul Draw was an official card to add it into a HERO deck. It would be only way I would have to bring Elemental HERO Neo Bubbleman into the duel since the only other way that officially exist to bring him is through A Wild Monster Appears! And that Spell card has a lot of Detriments that makes it unviable
